Carly Webb

Psychotherapist

Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or looking for support?
Tired of feeling anxious, low or tense?

Personal therapy gives you the space to explore the challenges you’re facing with someone who is independent and non-judgmental

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, qualified to help you explore your difficulties and support you in finding solutions or a new way forward. As an integrative practitioner with a human approach, I use theory and techniques from psychodynamic, person centred and cognitive behavioural (CBT) teachings to best support your needs

I am experienced in working with:

Depression, anxiety, anger, dreams, stress, bereavement, trauma, childhood and adult abuse, sexual and domestic abuse, work-related difficulties, career dilemmas, relationship and marital struggles, sexual difficulties, infertility, identity crises, ill-health, low self-esteem and feeling lost in life or without direction

I grew up in Devon, completed a BA (Hons) degree at Sussex University in Brighton and moved to London in 2012. After completing counselling training with The Open University and The Minster Centre, I completed a MSc at the University of Greenwich in Therapeutic Counselling

Finding the right therapist isn’t always easy. Contact me to arrange an initial consultation or to ask any questions

Fee: I charge £80 per 50 minute session

Code of ethics: I adhere to the ethical guidelines of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy – our sessions are treated with confidentiality and I always practice with discretion and respect for you and your concerns
