About me

I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist and offer therapy to individuals (adolescents and adults) and couples in South West London or over Skype.

I use a number of different Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches to help patients deal with a range of psychological difficulties and recognised disorders, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and many more.

I offer individually tailed treatments using:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Schema Focussed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
  • Dialectal Behavioural Therapy
  • Behavioural Couples Therapy

Experience:
I have been practicing in the NHS since 2007. I have experience of working with individuals, couples, families, adults, older adults, children and adolescents and people with learning disabilities, within a wide range of NHS health care settings.

In addition to my work with Mollart CBT, I work for an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) NHS service. As part of this work, I provide consultation, supervision and training to therapists and other healthcare professionals, including GPs. I specialise in working with couples and also supporting people who have long-term physical health problems such as diabetes, chronic pain and chronic fatigue.

I wrote my doctoral thesis on adolescents’ experiences of going to boarding school and have an interest in the impact of boarding school on psychological wellbeing.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Oxford University
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Chartered Member of the BPS
  • Accredited CBT Therapist with the BABCP

Fees

Individual therapy: £110 a session

Couples therapy: £130 a session

Self-Funding Your Treatment – Payment for sessions can be made by cash or by an electronic transfer (BACS payment via online or telephone banking). Details of this will be provided at the time of booking your first session.

It may be possible to use your private health insurance to cover the cost or part of the cost of your appointments.
