Therapy Rooms For Rent in the Heart of Fulham Broadway

Our therapy rooms are located in the heart of Fulham Broadway on the third floor away from the busy streets
Whilst only 5 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube, we are also accessible from Parsons Green, West Brompton and if you prefer a slightly longer walk, Barons Court.

Thrive has been established for many years and was set up by therapists for therapists. As well as this great location, we also offer broadband in every room (Wifi or direct ethernet link); free advertising on our website; we refer new client enquiries to therapists at Thrive.

We have two different contracts to chose from to suite your practice.  When you have a contract in place you can add more space using our ad-hoc booking system.

We do our best to keep our room rental low and competitive and we offer the flexibility of booking ad-hoc rooms once you have a contract in place with us.

FIXED 4

£13.85 per hour

£240 per month for 4 fixed hours per week.
Contract time options:
8am - 12
12-4pm
4pm-8pm
The room is secured for you during the contract time you choose.

FIXED 5

£12 per hour

£260 per month for 5 fixed hours per week.
Contract time options:
7am - 12
12 - 5pm
5pm -10pm
The room is secured for you during the contract time you choose.

Once you have a contract in place you can book additional ad-hoc hours at £18 per hour.

About Us

Our 5 rooms are light and airy and are on the third floor away from street noise. They offer a comfortable and stylish place to run your psychotherapy and counselling practice.

We only ask that you contract for a minimum of 4 hours per week payable monthly in advance. We will then invoice you for any ad-hoc bookings made in the previous month.

We don’t ask for any deposits for keys or room rental. We do ask for monthly rental payments in advance
After an initial contract of 3 months you only need to give us 2 months notice of you wish to leave. So no long term commitment.

      How It Works

      Psychotherapists and Counsellors must be:

      • Qualified or near qualification
      • Member of a recognised regulatory body
      • In regular supervision
      • Covered by their own liability insurance

      Our Contracts:

      • You can begin working at Thrive with a minimum of a 4 hour per week contract.
      • Once you have a contract in place you can book individual Ad-Hoc hours which carry an additional charge
