I offer therapy to individuals (adolescents and adults) and couples in South West London or over Skype.

I use a number of different Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches to help patients deal with a range of psychological difficulties and recognised disorders, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and many more.

I offer individually tailed treatments using:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Cognitive Analytic therapy
  • Behavioural Couples Therapy

Experience

I have been practicing in the NHS since 1996. I have extensive experience of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Analytic Therapy with adults and couples.

I have a particular interest in helping people understand, recognise and change unhelpful patterns in their relationships with others and within themselves.

I am an Occupational Therapist and have worked across a range of different settings such as eating disorders services, adult acute and community mental health services, also as a manager and supervisor.

Alongside my work with Mollart CBT, I currently works for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies ( IAPT) in the NHS.

Qualifications

I am a registered practioner with the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC), which monitors and regulates the practice of Occupational Therapists.
