Are you looking for a safe space to explore areas in your life where you feel stuck and would like to see change? Are you facing challenges or transitions that are difficult to navigate or finding it hard to understand how issues in your past might be impacting your present? If so, I aim to offer my clients a space, where they can feel supported and explore ‘why they do what they do’. My therapeutic approach helps clients make sense of their situations to make more empowered choices for their lives. I offer a tailored approach to meet an individual’s needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models and practical tools to serve them both now and in the future.

As an experienced integrative psychotherapist, I work with most presentations including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, grief, loss and managing transition points in life.

In addition, I have a specialist training in eating disorders. I work with clients who are struggling with their weight and body image. My approach focuses on helping clients build their self-esteem, foster self-regulation, and learn new skills to flourish in their lives and achieve sustainable, lasting change in their relationship with food.

Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy

MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy

Master Practitioners award in Eating Disorders, the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED)
